What does “grounded” mean in LexGeni?

Agents retrieve only from the sources your firm is authorized to use — your firm document library and approved legal sources — and every citation carries a source ID, page or section anchor and an evidence excerpt. Citations that cannot be verified are flagged and sent back for revision.

Does LexGeni replace attorney judgment?

No. Automated citation checks are not attorney approval. Every agent output goes to a responsible attorney who approves, rejects or requests revision, and that decision is recorded separately from the automated checks.

How is our firm’s data separated from other firms?

Each firm is an isolated tenant with its own document storage, RAG index and records. The backend derives your firm from your verified sign-in and active membership — a tenant ID sent from the browser is never trusted as authority.

Can LexGeni support staff read our documents?

Not by default. Platform Support sees sanitized ticket metadata, severity and health signals — not your documents, memos or retrieved passages. Any exceptional access must be approved, time-limited and fully audited.

How do we get access?

Onboarding is invitation-only. LexGeni creates your firm tenant, invites your firm administrator with a single-use link, and your team signs up with email verification and MFA. Existing customers sign in at legalai.lexgeni.com.
